Here’s what you share with us when you join the Weekly Vault.
What we collect
The signup form collects your email address, optional first name, optional referral source, the signup date, and a record of newsletter consent. If the page URL includes campaign tags, the form also saves the utm_source and utm_campaign values when you subscribe. A random subscription token supports the unsubscribe link.
Why we collect it
We use these records to manage the newsletter list, honor unsubscribe choices, and understand which channels introduce readers to BizVaultHQ. Signup does not automatically reveal your social account, follower list, private profile, or social engagement history.
Storage and access
Signup records are stored with our website hosting infrastructure. Subscriber export access is restricted to the site owner. We do not publish subscriber records or sell newsletter signup information. If an email delivery service is connected, it may process subscriber information to deliver the newsletter; this notice will be updated to reflect that setup.
Browser storage
The popup uses session storage to remember that you closed it during the current browser session. The newsletter feature does not set advertising cookies. The hosting platform may process technical request data and use its own sign-in or access cookies.
Your choices
You can close the signup popup and browse without subscribing. For new signups, a subscription management link is shown after submission. Use that link to unsubscribe. Future newsletter emails should include an unsubscribe link too.
Unsubscribing marks your record as unsubscribed; it does not automatically delete it. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email BizVaultHQ@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before handling a request.
Business inquiries and chat
The inquiry form stores your name, email, optional business name and website, inquiry type, message, submission date, and contact consent in our private website inbox. This lets us review your pitch and respond. It does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Submissions are not automatically forwarded by email. To request access, correction, or deletion, email BizVaultHQ@gmail.com.
The BizVault Guide provides prepared site-help responses and glossary explanations. Chat messages are processed in your page and are not sent to our inquiry inbox or an external AI provider. They disappear when you reload or leave the page. Please use the inquiry form or email for messages that need a response from us.
External websites
Our social links take you to third-party platforms with their own privacy practices. Our newsletter is intended for a general adult audience.
